Thanksgiving in the United States is traditionally celebrated and observed each year since 1863 on the fourth Thursday of November.  This means that the actual dates that the holiday appears on varies from year to year.  Typically however the date is sometime between the 23rd through the 27th of the month….remember, it’s going to be whenever the fourth Thursday of November is on!  This can be confusing for some people to remember, but one tip that might help is just to remember “Th” for Thursday and “Th” for Thanksgiving…you’ll just have to remember it’s the fourth week!

In 2011 Thanksgiving will be on Thursday, November 24, 2011.happy thanksgiving
