The macy’s thanksgiving day parade is the traditional event that started back in the 1920’s. The parade is one of the oldest parades in the United States and arguably one of the most popular and most famous. The even is help in New York on the day of Thanksgiving and usually starts at 9am.
Along the route you will find thousands of people viewing many different parade floats. These traditional floats often time feature celebrities, singers who showcase their songs, TV characters, and people in costumes. You will also find the famous balloons held by people on the ground and walked along the route, these balloons feature famous character such as Charlie Brown to Kermit the Frog.
